What should I bring to a signing?
For every signing, anyone who is signing documents must be physically present.
All signers must present a valid photo ID — a driver’s license or passport is preferred.
Documents should be complete but left UN-SIGNED until the notary appointment.
If witnesses are required, we can discuss instructions on who qualifies.
How much do mobile notary services cost?
In California, the state-mandated fee is $15 per notarized signature.
Prismark Signature Services charges a mobile travel / administration fee starting at $70 within Los Angeles.
Travel fees may vary based on distance, urgency, or after-hours scheduling.
Courier delivery to FedEx, UPS, USPS, or escrow offices is complimentary with every appointment.
