ABOUT JOHN F. HEINZ
Prismark was founded by John F. Heinz, a California commissioned Notary Public and National Notary Association Certified Notary Signing Agent with advanced training in loan signings, estate planning signings, apostille processing, and document authentication.
Before founding Prismark, John spent more than 35 years in television production and directing, including approximately two decades with CBS/Paramount. That career required preparation, discretion, clear communication, complex logistics, and the ability to remain calm when deadlines mattered — the same professional standards he brings to Prismark today.
Based in Los Angeles, John works with clients throughout Southern California and coordinates document matters for clients across the United States and internationally.
John speaks Spanish and French and has studied several other languages, reflecting the international experience and cultural adaptability he brings to Prismark’s diverse clientele.
