I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. John Heinz during my loan document signing, and I was genuinely impressed by his warmth, charisma, and professionalism. He thoughtfully set up a portable workspace, walked us through each document with patience and clarity, and made what could have been a long and overwhelming process feel comfortable and stress free. I especially appreciated his kindness and the fact that he spoke Spanish with me and my family; it made the experience feel personal and inclusive. I would highly recommend Mr. Heinz for any notary needs. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and truly committed to providing excellent service.Posted on Molly IsolaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. What Is an Apostille?
An apostille is a certification issued by the California Secretary of State that allows a document to be accepted for use in another country.
The destination country determines the process, timeline, and requirements.
For many countries, an apostille confirms the validity of the signature and seal on a document, allowing it to be recognized internationally under the Hague Apostille Convention of 1961.
For some countries, additional authentication may be required through the U.S. Department of State and the appropriate embassy or consulate.
Once the destination country is known, the correct processing path is determined.
